A Period of Chaos, Both in State and
Nation.
For the last two months, it has been
absolute chaos. While the state is struggling to decide its capital, the nation is split into two,
based on their stand on the new immigrant policy.
In the heat of the movement, the public is
on pins and needles and Governments remain to act unaware of the mayhem.
After his landslide victory in the 2019
Assembly elections, Mr. Jagan Reddy has started his revenge drama. Right from
Polavaram Project to Amaravati Issue, he has been doing ‘reverse tendering’ to
all the works of his predecessor, Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu claiming that the
ex-chief minister was involved in ‘Insider Trading’. But Instead of straightening
out the situation of the state, Mr. Reddy has made it even worse. Recently, Mr.
Reddy has decided to shift the capital from Amaravati to Kurnool and
Visakhapatnam. That decision was a bomb on Amaravati Farmers as they gave away
their agricultural lands for the State Government to build a capital for Andhra
Pradesh. While the people are on roads protesting the decision of Mr. Reddy,
His cheer-leading group in the assembly is extolling his decision.
Talking about the new hot potato of the nation,
which is the immigration policy, Modi Regime has decided to restrict the Muslim
refugees of the neighboring nations from obtaining citizenship in India. The
Opposition parties started claiming that Modi Government is being
unconstitutional and nonsecular, People are on roads protesting the CAA and NRC.
But Modi Regime remained firm and stiff on Citizenship bill stating that they
are not going back on their decision, they still argue that they have crafted
the bills constitutionally.
The present scenarios both in state and
nation, show the uncompromising and bullheaded behaviors of the Governments and
also that they are not concerned about people. If a man comes out to question the
government, either he will be projected as an anti-nationalist or a paid artist,
but not as a true citizen of the nation fighting for his rights. The voice
raised by an agonized individual is being manipulated by the media puppets of
the political masters.
The political class has forgotten the
phrase ‘convincing the public’. If these policies and decisions made by the
leaders are a benefit to the nation or the state, why can’t they even try to
sit together with the public and convince them of the issue? They won’t do that
because they know that their ‘beat around the bush’ behavior will never ever
convince the logical mind of the citizen.
At this period of chaos, I want the peace
to be restored in my state and country and I urge the governments to ‘convince’
but not ‘control’ us.
Unbiased scenario about the country and state
